Three decisions
Three moments where I chose a path — instead of waiting for permission.
I cut everything off. Left for the countryside — to my own "Shaolin monastery." 88 days. Alone. Wake-up every morning at 4:44. Training, 8 hours of reading daily, NLP, working on my speech. Two months after returning — found a partner, created conditions, delivered my first full training. Tasted what it means.
"The fear of achieving nothing turned out to be stronger than the fear of change."
I listened. Thanked them. Decided otherwise. Not out of stubbornness — out of conviction. I understood the link between psychological state and physical recovery. 7 years of working on myself — now my heart rate is that of an elite athlete. Heart stronger than it could have been.
"My body — my project. My brain — the main instrument."
If we can choose everything — our work, values, way of thinking — then why not what we're called? Ares — from Greek: strength, will, action. Bragi — from Norse: wisdom, word, depth. Two energies that shouldn't exist in one person. That's exactly why I took both.
